Peter B. Whittlesey concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate law, securities law, corporate financing and mergers and acquisitions. As an associate, Peter has worked on various corporate financing transactions, securities offerings, exchange act reporting compliance, commercial loans and mergers and acquisitions.
Peter graduated from Hamilton College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Economics. He received his law degree in 2006 from New England School of Law where he participated in mock trial and was a member of the 2005 and 2006 National Trial Team.
Peter is admitted to practice in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
