Mark E. Rosenstein practices primarily in the areas of securities, general corporate, mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing. He has acted as corporate counsel to publicly and privately-traded finance companies, natural resources companies, real estate investment trusts and multi-state banking organizations. Mark has structured and prepared documentation for public and private securities offerings, exchange act reporting compliance, commercial loans and mergers and acquisitions.
He received both his bachelor’s and law degrees from The George Washington University in 1997 and 2000, respectively.
Mark is admitted to practice in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
