Lisa A. Ernst concentrates her practice in corporate law, including state and federal securities law matters, mergers and aquisitions, corporate finance and energy contracts.
Prior to joining the firm, Lisa practiced at Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson in Portland, Maine and at Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
From 1991 - 1992, Lisa served as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable John P. Fullam, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
