Harris Dainoff represents a broad range of clients in commercial real estate transactions, including assisting lenders in real estate and construction financing matters, landlords and tenants in retail, office and commercial leasing transactions, and real estate investors in commercial asset acquisition and disposition, including bulk sales transactions. He has helped clients secure financing insured by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and has counseled clients acquiring portfolios of rental properties valued in excess of several million dollars. His clients include Real Estate Investment Trusts, regional and national banks, franchise owners and operators and real estate investors.

Prior to joining the firm, Harris worked at Fox Rothschild LLP for seven years in their real estate department, where he specialized in commercial real estate transactions.
Harris received his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2006, where he was a staff member of the Temple Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law. He received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Tufts University in 2002, where he was co-president of the Political Science Honor Society. Harris currently serves (2010-2016) as the vice chair of the East Norriton Township Board of Supervisors, where he oversees an annual budget of approximately $27 million and plays a key role in executive decisions.  On the board, Harris is charged with the responsibility of setting policies, enacting ordinances, adopting resolutions, evaluating and approving budgets and levying taxes. He also serves on the East Norriton Plymouth Whitpain Joint Sewer Authority (2012-2017).
