Eric Levine represents a broad range of clients in commercial real estate transactions, including assisting real estate investors in commercial asset acquisition and disposition, lenders in real estate financing matters, and landlords and tenants in retail, office and commercial leasing transactions.  Eric also has experience representing CMBS special servicing clients in multi-million dollar workouts and foreclosures relating to distressed commercial real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric was an associate at Ballard Spahr LLP in their real estate department, where he specialized in commercial real estate transactions.  Eric received his law degree, cum laude, from Rutgers University – Camden School of Law in 2008, where he was Notes Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy.  While at Rutgers –Camden he earned First-Year high honors, made Dean’s List twice, earned a Certificate of Merit in Civil Procedure and was a quarter-finalist in the Hunter Moot Court Competition.  Eric received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 2002.  As an undergrad he studied abroad one summer at University College at Oxford University in Oxford, England.

Eric is admitted to practice in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
